Somatic Yoga Flow is a combination of classical yoga asana and Somatic Education. The coreawareness principles and somatic movements set it apart from other yoga styles. We are more interested in the internal experience and perception of movement, than in the external form of the asana. Somatic Yoga Flow leaves us refreshed and invigorated. This practice has been designed to be a safe and effective way to utilize the self-healing capacity of our soma.
The series cover somatic warm up, salutations, balancing poses, standing poses, forward bends, somatic backbends, hand balances, classical backbends, somatic twists, hip openers, sitting forward bends, and shavasana; a dynamic yet comfortable practice.
